Nature of the Service
Our services consist of private transportation and airport transfer services in Antalya, Turkey.
There is no physical delivery. After completing the online payment, a booking confirmation is sent
to the customer via email or WhatsApp.
Changes & Modifications
If you need to change your transfer time, flight number or hotel information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may affect the price.
Cancellation & Refund Conditions
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time are non-refundable.
- No-show situations (passenger not appearing at the pickup time) are non-refundable.
- If the customer provides incorrect flight number, hotel name, address or pickup time,
AGR Lotus Tour is not responsible for delays or missed transfers and no refund will be made. - In case of official flight cancellation, customers must provide airline documentation to
request a refund. - All approved refunds are processed through the same payment method used during purchase.
