Fernabsatzvertrag<\/h1>\n

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between AGR Lotus Tour<\/strong>
\n(“Seller” \/ “Service Provider”) and the customer (“Buyer”) through the website
\nwww.agrlotustour.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1. Subject of the Agreement<\/h2>\n

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and
\nprovision of private transportation and airport transfer services booked online, in accordance with the relevant
\nconsumer protection legislation.<\/p>\n

2. Service Description<\/h2>\n

The service consists of private vehicle transfers with driver between airports, hotels and other specified
\naddresses. Vehicle type, date, time, pickup and drop-off points are selected by the Buyer during the online booking.<\/p>\n

3. Price and Payment<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Service prices are displayed in EUR<\/strong> on the website.<\/li>\n
  • Payments are processed securely via credit\/debit card through iyzico<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Prices include all taxes unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. Cancellation & Refund Conditions<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Free cancellation up to 24 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled transfer time.<\/li>\n
    • Cancellations within 24 hours<\/strong> of the transfer time are non-refundable.<\/li>\n
    • No-show<\/strong> at pickup location is non-refundable.<\/li>\n
    • In case of documented airline flight cancellation<\/strong>, the Buyer may request a refund with
      \nofficial airline proof.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      5. Obligations of the Seller (AGR Lotus Tour)<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • To provide a licensed and insured vehicle and driver.<\/li>\n
      • To be at the pickup location at the confirmed time, subject to reasonable traffic conditions.<\/li>\n
      • To provide customer support for delays, changes or operational issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        6. Obligations of the Buyer<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • To provide accurate flight number, arrival\/departure time, hotel name and contact information.<\/li>\n
        • To be reachable via the phone number provided during booking.<\/li>\n
        • To be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          7. Liability<\/h2>\n

          AGR Lotus Tour is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the Buyer,
          \nextreme traffic situations, or uncontrollable external events.<\/p>\n

          8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n

          This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
          \nIn case of disputes, Antalya Courts and Execution Offices<\/strong> shall have exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p>\n

          By completing an online booking and payment, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this
